nCrypt PolicyProof

Operational evidence, in order

Know what you can prove when someone asks.

Customer questionnaires, insurance renewals and audits often ask for the same evidence again. PolicyProof gives your organisation one place to maintain the requirements, claims and proof behind each answer.

No card required for the trial. PolicyProof does not certify compliance.

Make the next request easier to answer.

Customer security questionnaires

Keep the evidence behind your answers in one place, ready for the next review.

Insurance renewal

See which controls have proof on file and which artefacts need attention.

Audit and recurring reviews

Maintain an evidence register, owners and review dates instead of reconstructing them at deadline.

Requirement → Assertion → Evidence

Start with what you need to demonstrate. Record what your organisation says it does. Link the file or reference that supports that statement. Review dates help you spot stale proof before a customer or insurer does.

REQUIREMENT

What must be shown?

For example, an insurer asks for evidence of backup testing.

ASSERTION

What do you claim?

Record the practice and who owns it.

EVIDENCE

What backs it up?

Attach or link the supporting record and keep its review date visible.

Discuss requirements

An active record is one non-archived requirement in a real workspace. Assertions, evidence, links, files and archived requirements are not separate billable records. Standard additional users: NZ$19/month each. Additional capacity: NZ$39/month per 5,000 active records. Add-ons are arranged with us; exceeding a limit never triggers an automatic charge.

Bring the evidence you already have.

Self-service entry is available in the product. Managed migration is a separate one-off service from NZ$350: we can help clean, map and bring over existing registers, spreadsheets and evidence records, with manual entry where needed. Complex migrations are quoted after review of the source material and product fit.

Ask about managed migration

Questions before you start

Does PolicyProof certify compliance?

No. It helps you organise and maintain evidence. It does not certify compliance, guarantee an audit outcome or guarantee that another party will accept your evidence.

Who can access our evidence?

Each organisation has a private workspace; downloads require workspace membership, and files have no public URLs. Workspace members can view and change evidence, so invite only people who should have that access.

What happens when evidence becomes stale?

The overview and review queue show records that need attention. Evidence Readiness reflects the coverage and freshness of what you recorded, not a compliance verdict.

Can I export my work?

PolicyProof generates dated Evidence Packs with a PDF summary, CSV matrix and supporting files.

How does migration work?

You can enter records yourself. Managed migration starts from NZ$350 for suitable source material; complex cleanup or mapping is quoted.
